Seeking the Bread of Life, Pt 1 Random studies in Ruth Ruth 1:6-18. (Preached in Lewes FPC) This section of chapter 1, as Ruth prepares to return home, reminds us very much of the prodigal son. Both she and he showed determination to arise and return to where there was bread to meet their need. There is only one place to find the "Bread of Life" and that is in God's Bethlehem, the "House of Bread". If you are not saved today may you learn from Naomi and arise and go. In this message we consider Ruth's wonderful declaration after she is challenged by Naoma about returning to Moab and and not persisting in accompanying her to Bethlehem. What glorious words are these!
