The previous psalm tells us the wisest way to build a house. This psalm tells us how best to run our home so that it is place of domestic bliss and blessing, leaving its mark on generations to come. As the previous psalm ended with a "blessing" so this one begins with one. "Happy" and "Blessed" are translated from the same Hebrew word.
