Christ's 1000 year There are going to be great changes when the Lord Jesus takes over the government of this world. "And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever," Revelation 11:15. 1. The devil is going to be bound. "And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season," Revelation 20:1-3. Please note that statement: "Shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled." He will be most securely bound! How different things will be without the devil's activity!
