I. THE DUTY OF TRUE CONVERTS

If we are epistles then our duty is clear.

1. The marks of grace ought to be clearly displayed in our lives. We must not conceal or disguise the marks of Christ in our lives as did Peter.

2. We ought to familiarise ourselves with the will of God. We ought to display the whole counsel of God in our lives.

3. Pray for the Holy Spirit to make the marks of Christ clear in our lives. Acts 4:13,  6:15.

4. Seek to remove every veil that would conceal Christ.

II. SUCH CONVERTS ARE A DELIGHT TO THE MINISTER AND THEREFORE TO CHRIST

Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, verse 2.

They are in the hearts of the minister. A man would carry a letter of commendation in a safe place. Paul carried his in his heart.
