(Conference in Lewes FPC, 13th Feb 2010) We have heard already today that the Alpha Course is a promoter of false doctrine. It purveys error concerning our Saviour and the means by which He has ordained that sinners should be saved. That is the ultimate error. While this characteristic of the Alpha Course was evident almost from its launch, that about which I wish to speak did not become immediately obvious but because of its inherent errors, this development was not long in coming. A prominent feature of the Alpha Course today is it's embracing of Roman Catholicism and Rome's embracing of it. It has been openly embraced by Rome and Ecumenism and toted as a chief means employed by them to promote their cause.
