Understanding the times in which we live, Pt 3

"And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him," Matt 25:6.

As we have stated in a previous study, it is the privilege of God's people to share in a knowledge of God's present purpose on this earth and what He purposes to do in the future.

The words of the Saviour in this parable tells us what the circumstances of Christendom will be just before He returns.

What is the professing church to be like in the last days? This parable will give us an answer to that question.

It is not alert and watching for His return. It is riddled with false professions and it is sleeping and slumbering.

Tonight we are going to look at the cry that leads to the arousing of the church and the stirring of her to her rightful duties.
