In the sermon today, we see that the Lord Jesus leaves the scene of the Feeding of the Five Thousand. When we cross reference Mark's Gospel with the Gospel of John, we see that the people wanted to take Jesus by force and make Him King, but this was not the will of the Lord. Rather, we see that Christ went straightway to seek the face of the Father.
