Scripture: Hebrews 11:24. “By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter,” 

1. For a time Moses was prepared to be considered the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. Such a position carried many privileges and pleasures! But the pleasures of this world cannot satisfy the soul of man – verse 25!

Man is a discontented creature because he was made to be God’s companion but sin drove him out of God’s presence. Consequently, though he knows it not, that is the source of man’s misery.
