'SIGNS IN JERUSALEM' The besieging of Jerusalem by Antichrist We continue our study of what the Bible says about that time of trouble for the Jews which begins, I believe, with Antichrist's attack upon Jerusalem. Today, we wish to see that the attack upon Jerusalem initiates the 'Great Tribulation' and that that time of trouble for Israel is not to be confused with the trouble for them which began in AD 70, after the fall of Jerusalem. That trouble has lasted nigh on 2000 years but the 'Great Tribulation' will be a time of intense trial which the Lord will shorten in order that His elect Jews be preserved, Zech 13:8-9; Matthew 24:15-22.
