How it was referred to just before Calvary and at the ascension of Christ. Matt 24:30, Acts 1:10-11. 2. The constant waiting by early church for the return of Christ. Rom 8:23, 1 Cor 1:7, Php 3:20, 1 Thess 1:10, 2 Thess 3:5, 2 Tim 4:8, Titus 2:13, Heb 9:28, James 5:7-8, 2 Pet 3:10-12, Rev 6:12-17, 19:11-16. 3. Last words of Christ to His people. Rev 22:20
