Resurrection of life or of damnation - which is your destination?" Part 2 (Apologies for the delay in uploading audio. Only had access to public internet sources during trip to England and it proved too slow) Continuation of http://www.sermonaudio.com/sermoninfo.asp?sermonid=52713432449) "Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation," John 5:28-29. (Preached in Lewes Free Presbyterian Church, Lord's Day evening, May 26th by Rev Ivan Foster.) We continue our study that we began this morning of the above verses by considering: II. THE RESURRECTED SINNER WILL STAND BEFORE GOD UNDER JUDGMENT Whatever time he may have spent in hell has not diminished or reduced his guilt and culpability. III. THE SINNER WILL DWELL ETERNALLY UNDER THE CURSE OF GOD. It is only upon being cast into the Lake of Fire that the condemned sinner will enter upon the experience of the FULL wrath of God and that for evermore. There they will be utterly abandoned by God to the everlasting torments of the Lake of Fire.
