The 12th picture of Christ - Boaz He was a kindly redeemer. This kindness is a reflection of the Saviour's care for us - even when we did not know Him. Here is the third point regarding the kindness of Boaz we wish to consider. PLENTY. "And let fall also some of the handfuls of purpose for her, and leave them, that she may glean them," verse 16. Plenty was scattered on her path by orders of Boaz. How wonderfully God has dealt with us while we were blind to Him! Matt 6:31-33. * What "handfuls of (on) purpose" have been scattered in our path by our Redeemer before we ever knew Him! Your path has been strewn with God's kindness. * The families into which you were born. * The churches which you attend. * The school to which you are sent. These are but a few of the "handfuls of (on) purpose" God has dropped on your path and from which you have benefited. * The great mercy of God was recognised by Naomi when she was told by Ruth in whose field she had worked that day, verse 20. "And Naomi said unto her daughter in law, Blessed be he of the LORD, who hath not left off his kindness to the living and to the dead. And Naomi said unto her, The man is near of kin unto us, one of our next kinsmen."
