The Enniskillen Massacre - 6 months on. After six months, the police in Northern Ireland had neither arrested nor interrogated anyone for the atrocity on November 8th the previous year. The event was referred to by the media etc more as an opportunity for ecumenical enterprise than the scene of an atrocity by Irish Republican murderers. (To this day no one has been prosecuted for the crime nor indeed, has anyone ever been arrested!)
